BPS Radio Show #536

Folks we start off with Jarrod Church doin' "Coosey" and that sets the tone for the whole show. Great old time bluegrass music played one right after another with minimal interruptions which are mostly just me and the Princess having at each other. You can't really call what we do "interaction". It's more like she acts and I react. LOL. Anyway there's The Charles River Valley Boys and Rachel Burge and Blue Dawning and The Hillbilly Gypsies and lots of other great groups. The Hillbilly Gypsies play a cardio vascular tune called "Bluegrass In The Backwoods" that you will have to listen to. They combine bluegrass and gypsy fiddle music and it's hauntingly fantastic. Ha, try that one on for size. We've picked out a bunch of good'uns so come on in and enjoy!

BPS Radio Show #535

Lots of great bluegrass this week folks! (Of course we have lots of great bluegrass every week but that's beside the point!). We've got Lester and Earl doing "The Story of Bonnie and Clyde" and Curtis McPeake sings "Daddy Frank". We picked the Weekend Grass to sing "Colder and Colder" which seemed appropriate this time of year, and Grandpa Jones tells us all about how he "Wished I'd A Stayed In The Wagon Yard". The title for that last one don't express the whole sentiment Grandpa is trying to get out. There's some participation from something called "A Half A Pint". Come on in and let us put you in a great mood for your week?
